We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It was one of the highlights of our honeymoon.
The location alone is breathtaking. Being right in the middle of the jungle creates such a peaceful and unique atmosphere, with incredible views and beautiful surroundings. It truly feels like a little escape from the rest of the world.
Breakfast was generous and beautifully presented every single morning. We received a mezze platter to share, and each of us could choose our own savoury and sweet dishes from a selection. There was always plenty of food, and we especially loved how the breakfast could be tailored to our individual preferences. The food throughout our stay was excellent, and the room service was just as impressive.
We also really enjoyed the pool, which was a wonderful place to relax while surrounded by the jungle. The spa treatments were absolutely worth it and made the experience even more special.
What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the service. Everything felt incredibly personal and individually tailored to us. The entire team was exceptionally kind, attentive and helpful, and we never felt like just another guest.
When my husband became unwell during our stay, the staff went above and beyond to help us and made sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine kindness and care meant so much to us, especially while being so far away from home.
From the breathtaking jungle setting and wonderful food to the spa, pool and outstanding hospitality, everything came together to make this a truly special experience. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay.
